4. Include both of the subsequent declarations in the Notice:
* "I hereby declare that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or by law (for instance, under fair use)."
* "I hereby affirm that the information contained in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is being supposedly infringed."
5. Provide your full legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face liability.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was denied) in error, or that you are authorized by the copyright owner, the copyright owner's representative, or legally permitted, to use and publish this content, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated Copyright Agent including the following details:

1. Your electronic or physical signature;
2. Specification of the content that was removed or to which access was denied, and the location where the content appeared before its removal or access was disabled;
3. A statement affirming your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement indicating acceptance of service of process from the individual who notified about the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, we may notify the original complaining party by sending them a copy of the counter-notice, indicating that we might reinstate the removed content or cease blocking it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner instigates a legal action to obtain a court order against the content provider or user, the removed content may be restored, or access to it reinstated, within 10 to 14 business days or longer, at our discretion.

Policy for Repeat Infringers

Following the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have implemented a strategy to terminate, in appropriate instances and at our discretion, users who are identified as repeat infringers. Furthermore, we may also, at our discretion, restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who violate any intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is any history of repeated infringement.
